A client in the logistic sector faced a hurdle in expanding their cold-chain delivery service due to inadequate monitoring solution necessary for ensuring products quality during transit.

Approach

To overcome this challenge, the client employed the use of Gricd mote to carry out the preconditioning process for all shipments and also to track the temperature, humidity, and location of their assets in real-time across Nigeria.

Achieved Result

The client successfully launched their cold-chain delivery service in all states of Nigeria, providing their customers with the assurance that products are continuously monitored for optimal temperature. Additionally, they can now generate quality assurance reports for each shipment to present to their clients.
